Went to get shellac removed. Grumpy rough treatment. Left some on my nail when I mentioned it she said 'cant do you move' She clipped my nails- everyone is a different length. The worse thing - another client came and they used the same finger nail toppers they'd just used on me on her! without cleaning! And I thought they looked dirty when they put on me - they obviously were! Yuk.
Rudest lady who said a price of $60 then said $80 at the end I got shellack nails and the nails were a mess. I refused to pay the extra snd she was yelling at me until I was in tears
This has to be one of the worst salons around. Customer service was terrible, nail technician was rude, my nails look worse than when I went in
Avoid. Cant even apply a simple nail polished right.
Horrible pedicure experience. Older lady working seemed completely disinterested. Rudely shuffled me into a chair and then scoffed when the water was too hot for me to put my feet in. Spent all of 1 minute on cuticles and needed to be prompted to remove dead skin on heels. Missed multiple steps of a regular pedicure and as a result of not buffing down my toenails the coats of nail polish looked very rough and uneven.
