Really disappointing experience, especially as a returning client. I paid $110 ($132 with tip) for a builder gel refill and regular polish pedicure. Within 24 hours, one of my builder gel nails chipped. I returned for a repair after being told I could come anytime (30-minute drive), waited over 30 minutes, and the same nail chipped again within hours. I love this place! The best pedicure around! There’s an option to book online which I love but they are also always accommodating when I walk in with no appointment too! 💕 Update March 2026: They have had a remodel and got new pedi massage chairs… they are amazing!
