Terrible customer service, terrible nails and they demand tips in cash to not pay taxes. I do not know how they are in business. Kim the manager is a joke.

I had gotten my nails done there 2 times before and I was okay with how they turned out. Then my third time is when the horror began. I went in and got a full set (35$ is what they charged me) for my birthday and I left the salon feeling a little upset about the quality of the nails . Later finding out that there were 2 hairs in my nails?!? Yes, hairs! I went back to the salon and told them what happened and I had to wait 15 minutes before being told someone would help me fix it for free. There was a lot wrong with them, lif... read more

I don't know how I was said to have given 3 stars. I want to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately the last review was dated way back when the service was terrible. These are new owners and there at least 3 years. They are very competent and their customers are their first concern. They do a nice job and are reasonable for their work.

I would not recommend this company. I had a terrible experience and it was not handled in a professional manor. Very unfortunate.
