I am so tired of nail salons accepting your appointment time. Agreeing with you that you are on a time crunch/ or lunch break in my case. They reassure you. YES YES COME and we have time and room to get this done in that time frame. Buy when you get there, you are 15+ minutes behind your appointment and then they try start making excuses. As a result, I had to leave with my nails not finished and gel, acrylic, sticky shit all over my hands. And then everyone and their eye contact goes missing. THANKS GUYS!!!!
I went in to have my nails soaked off and the lady at the front told me it was $15. Then she comes over to the seat I am sitting in and asks me what color, I say no color I just want the nails off. She then asks if I would like to have my cuticles cleaned up and I say sure. I get to the checkout and my total is $38! I ask her why is it so much and she says “the manicure is $23” I did not get polish, I just got my cuticles cleaned up and it was not stated that that would be $23. I can’t recommend Honey my nail tech enough! Every appointment is such a great experience—from the attention to detail to the overall vibe. My nails always come out flawless, exactly how I picture them (if not better). Honey takes her time, and makes sure everything looks perfect before you leave. I am FURIOUS. I went in to get only FIVE nails REMOVED and that’s it. THEY CHARGED ME $18 TO REMOVE FIVE NAILS!!!!!! It took 5 minutes! $18 for a 5 minute removal of FIVE. NAILS. the audacity is crazy. I’ve heard bad things about this “salon” before but decided to give it a chance, NEVER AGAIN!
