My neice is in town visiting and I took her for a pedicure. My usual place was closed, so I went to the location next to Publix. We were immediately seated since the employees far outnumbered guests, with extra staff hanging out in the chairs or sleeping in the chairs. Two ladies were walking the floor, obviously supervising. Holly is the worst
I got a builder gel full set with Holly and she waved my eyebrows. So my nail tech with her was very nice and made sure I was comfortable with the experience. She did excellent with my brows and even took the time to pluck them really nice. She even took the time to help me get to my car bcs it was raining really hard the day I went. THE NAILS I GOT ARE POPPING OFF AS I TYPE THIS. Only 3 days after I got them I went in and got one fixed and literally the next night 3 more are popping off. I always experience the BEST customer service every time I walk through the front door! Ms Tanya greets you as soon as the door opens. She has the sweetest smile and so eager to help with anything you need. Holly is my go to person and sits up front by door. She's very gentle with my hands and when she is done with polishing my nails, she gives the best hand massage!!! I have been to this place 3 times and I really did try to give them a chance. The first visit was decent until this guy named Lei (not sure how to spell it) messed up my nails with the shape and all. The Manager Taum fixed it after I had to wait like 3 hours total. The second visit went okay my mom and I just got a fill but Taum kept stopping and talking to customers or the lady working at the front desk.. just distracted.
