The nicest people ever and they do a phenomenal job every time! I always leave happy and highly recommend!
So I have been to this salon once before and really enjoyed it. However, this time I went I was SUPER disappointed. I got the powder dip nails and the older gentleman that did them did a rough job. The nails were uneven and too wide at the tip. He also cut up my cuticles and didn’t use any oil or lotion afterwards and kind of rushed me out. I went back in to talk to them about it and they begrudgingly file the edges and made them slightly more even. The first photo is before the filing. Second photo is after.
Such a great place. You always feel welcome. Complimentary drink while you relax.
I have been going here the past four years. I’m loyal once I find a place I enjoy going to. Well, the last two times I have gone I have asked for an SNS manicure. I didn’t receive one either time. The first time I didn’t say anything. I just figured it was a miscommunication. I was still charged for one both times though. My cuticles were not trimmed with the cuticle scissors.
