Always the best service! Have been coming here for a while and staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The nail techs always do a wonderful job. Love the upgrades if you feel like pampering yourself with exfoliating rubs (highly recommend them)
I was a costumer here for over a year and in the last few months after bringing a new customer to this location. Not only were they very unsatisfied with their service— nail paint on a gel acrylic set came off within the first few days of getting it done— My experiences following where below satisfactory. To me it seems like they want to get you in the door then once they have your money , they start to care less and less about you individually. Dustin did a fantastic job on my daughter’s homecoming nails. He genuinely cared about making sure she was happy. Ivy did a great job on her pedicure even getting rid of an ingrown toe nail.
I’ve been to Nail Boutique a dozen times since moving to DFW, and it’s become my go-to spot. Booking online is super easy, and when I arrive I’m always greeted and acknowledged. I usually wait about 5–15 minutes to be seated for my appointment, which is totally reasonable. I don’t request a specific nail tech and usually go with whoever is available, it almost always works out. My dip nails did not even last 2 weeks. I was out of the country so was not able to call during the 8 days policy they offer. The person I spoke to at the front desk was really rude and did not ofder any solution to issue. Will not be returning.
