This is my first public review because I normally don’t complain, but I was disappointed enough to share my experience. I went to Nail Boss for my nails and toes before my wedding. I have been a loyal customer for the past couple of years and have never had an issue before, so I was especially upset when the final result was significantly different from my reference photo (last picture). Cindy is always the absolute best! She does such an amazing manicure and pedicure. I've never had nails last as long as hers always do. Best pedicures in town. Best ice coffees and cocktails from Arvin. Highly recommend!

I went to Nail Boss for a routine eyebrow cleanup. I had naturally full brows and wanted them cleaned up—not reshaped into thin brows. During the service, I was asked whether I wanted the longer brow hairs trimmed, and I said yes. I did not agree to having the overall size and shape of my brows significantly reduced. Instead, substantial portions of my brows were removed, including the ends, leaving them much thinner than I wanted and with visible short/stubbly areas.
