I went in with my mom and we both got the same service: gel pedicure and gel manicure. We were both there for nearly 4 hours. Everything was fine until Kay placed each extension on crooked, even ripping off and replacing my right index finger FOUR separate times. She dug her nail into my nail bed, causing pain and redness. When replacing the nail she placed incorrectly, she said "your fingers are really crooked so that's why I had to redo it." Absolutely lovely experience here! I have social anxiety, and the environment in there was so relaxing and energizing, it was truly the first time I was able to relax in a nail salon. The staff are very sweet and accommodating and overall just a beautiful place!

This salon is the best I have ever gone to. I usually bring in a picture of a color that I want because it takes me FOREVER to find something. Nancy, who I go to for a UV gel and regular gel manicure, is amazing at picking the exact color I want. I usually get chrome or magnetic/cat eye/velvet gel. I have been getting the almond shape and Nancy is so detailed and precise in shaping my nails. They are very friendly and the salon is very relaxing.

Never had experience like this. Service with smile. Looks like everyone working very hard. Clean establishment.
