I have been looking for a high end nail salon and this is it!! They take their time, have great massage chairs, and amazing nail polish selection. They also have knowledge on builder gel which a lot of salons don't. They are helping me build back my nails! Silvia did a perfect job!

The technicians and massage chairs are great. The place is clean. And I plan to return once the technician, signage, and the bottle clearly indicate which polish is Dazzle Dry (+$10) so I am aware what I am paying for before the pedicure, not after. I don’t like surprises.

Worst customer service experience! To be clear, the nail technicians are phenomenal and do a great job but the owner is outright rude and disrespectful. The only reason I came to this nail salon was because my nail technician that I’ve been going to for many years happens to now be working here. I called a few days in advance to make an appointment for 4:00, offering flexibility in my schedule. Today I decided not to go to this business again.. Since I was satisfied with Nancy, I wanted to get service from the same person again but she said she was busy.. Even though I said I could wait and wanted to make an appointment for the next day, the shop owner stubbornly did not allow this to happen.. I could not make any sense of it..
