This was a terrible experience. They had the colors incorrectly labeled so I was given a color not even close to what I chose. They then painted over it with a different color because they were out of the one I chose. You can see the other color all underneath. There is polish all over the outside of my nails of both colors. They tried to charge me full price and would only give it to me for 50% off after being extremely rude about my experience and not once apologizing. I will definitely not be going back. I had a terrible experience today. I normally go in for just my toes and they do a wonderful job. But every once in a while I’ll come in and have a nail fixed. I want to preface with the fact I’ve been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for 10 years. I am not a licensed nail tech but I am NOT an idiot.
