Always an excellent experience! Jess is wonderful and friendly, I’m always happy with her suggestions and how my nails look. I have been getting dip nails regularly since February and keep coming back to try new variations (chrome, glitter, accent, nail art, ombre) and Jess does an amazing job for all. I’m surprised at how my nails grow so much better since starting dip nails which is more gentle, and lasts 3-4 weeks with absolutely no chipping, nails look amazing for whole period. Had a good experience at the Nail bar as a first time customer. A couple of my nails seem to be a little smaller than the rest, But overall was happy with the outcome. The nail artist (Olga) was happy to accommodate the misunderstanding of having to put on extensions when she thought I wanted to do the manicure on my natural nail. There was also an incident where she accidentally filed too closely to my skin, I was a little bit worried it was going to happen again… but it didn’t, thankfully. Thank you, Olga
