I truly enjoy visiting this nail salon because of its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. However, I have consistently had concerning experiences with the actual services provided. For example, on my birthday I received a pedicure during which the technician, Patricia, caused a painful injury to the bottom of my foot. I’ve been going to this nail bar since December 2024, and up until now, my only concern was how Eric (the owner) speaks to his employees, it’s often disrespectful and uncomfortable to witness. Fast forward to present day: I called ahead, as usual, and booked a 3:30 PM appointment. When I arrived, his partner (the woman who sits next to him) asked me to wash my hands, which is standard. I visited Nail Bar and Spa Lounge on Friday, July 25th for a pedicure and nail fill-in. While the salon appeared clean and inviting from the outside, my experience was disappointing. This was my first time going here after driving by so many times. I called first to make sure that they had time for a soak off plus dip powder manicure and the person I spoke with in the phone was very pleasant. When I got to the salon I was greeted right away (also by the cutest dog). After washing my hands, Patricia got right to work. She was super gentle and thorough making sure to get all of the acrylics off my nails. She helped me pick out a beautiful pink color and then started on my manicure.
