I had an absolute great time in the salon. They do great nails each time I come and they are able to do great designs. I definitely recommend. The salon is clean and I’m usually helped right away
I truly enjoy visiting this nail salon because of its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. However, I have consistently had concerning experiences with the actual services provided. For example, on my birthday I received a pedicure during which the technician, Patricia, caused a painful injury to the bottom of my foot. I’ve been going to this nail bar since December 2024, and up until now, my only concern was how Eric (the owner) speaks to his employees, it’s often disrespectful and uncomfortable to witness. Fast forward to present day: I called ahead, as usual, and booked a 3:30 PM appointment. When I arrived, his partner (the woman who sits next to him) asked me to wash my hands, which is standard. Atmosphere is very nice. Quiet and calm. No cell phones. The nail technicians vary on skill. The owner is accommodating.
I visited Nail Bar and Spa Lounge on Friday, July 25th for a pedicure and nail fill-in. While the salon appeared clean and inviting from the outside, my experience was disappointing.
