i come here when in town visiting my mom. i should've trusted my gut and went to my nail place back home but this was more convenient for time. there's only one good nail tech, the other lady did a sloppy job and then charged me $4 extra for a REFILL because my nails are "long?" they aren't even long! then the one decent tech had to fix them because of how sloppy they were painted. i didn't even argue the $4 because ill never spend another dime there again. they need to close.

I usually come here when I’m home visiting my family, but I have to go elsewhere now. I paid $60 for a French SNS dip! Not only did the lady not fully take off my old dip, but my nails were not filed how I wanted. They also were not even. I had to live with it thought, but here I am a week later and one of my nails chipped. If I could give zero stars I would. I pay my nail lady less in D.C. to do a wayyy better job. Please train your techs since you want to up charge!
