Worst experience I’ve ever had. I got my nails done last Saturday and was charged $120, which felt excessive for the length and overall quality. Unfortunately, the nails are now bubbling, which suggests the gel was either applied incorrectly or not properly cured under the lamp. Amber, who I hadn’t worked with before, did my nails. The service felt rushed, and at times she was filing aggressively along the sides, which was uncomfortable. Don’t think I’ve ever been to a place that doesn’t want business more than this one lol. Apparently 100 minutes isn’t enough time for a spa pedicure and a manicure 🤷♀️ In response to owner: I was accommodated at 5:50 for a regular gel pedicure and manicure, which was completed at 7:05, when you guys close at 7:30. So, there was enough time for a spa pedicure. Great mani/pedi otherwise, but I specifically came to this location instead of my usual nail salon for the spa pedicure.
my fellow brown/black people beware: they will make you wait while they service all the white people before you. walked in at 1pm to get a manicure/pedicure, seen 3 different white women walk in after me & have their services (PEDICURES INCLUDED) started already. it’s 1:22PM and i still have yet to have my services started. this is absolutely ridiculous. it’s clear there’s obvious favoritism here with the type of guests they serve. don’t come here.
