asked for stiletto and they gave me almond. I kept telling him “pointy” and “straight not round” so now I get to waste my time shaping them at home. He also cut them wayyy too short, then just kept filing the tip off more and more. I asked for half the full acrylic nail off, he cut way too much off I barely have a nail at all. Got gel mani and pedi. Staff is rude, forgetting steps under the guise of “everyone does things differently”, they forgot to clean under my nails which is standard and when reminded, the technician gave me attitude. Silent treatment, no apology, no customer service whether in the beginning of service, or end. Just cold and ‘we don’t care’ type of attitude. Won’t be going there again.
