Complete Service When starting up the pool for my season, I found a broken autochlorinator. Reliable Pools came out and serviced my pool. They replaced my broken inline autochlorinator, looked over my sytem while they were there and found a crack/leak in my multiport. I liked the fact that the whole system was checked when they were just there to replace on thing. The tech answered my questions and addressed my concerns with valves and connections as well. Very Helpful! When I bought my hot tub we had to get it repair and they came right to my house and fixed it. They are a bit pricey but they were worth it. Their employees are very helpful, they told us how to make our hot tub last forever.

Very Unreliable We have used Reliable Pools several times...for opening and closing our pool and for repair work. Scheduling service is a nightmare. Every single time, they did not arrive on the day they said they would. One time we were calling for weeks trying to find out when our pool was going to be repaired and everytime we got the answer that someone was coming out tomorrow (which did not happen). We will not use them anymore.
