This place is horrible!!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! I’ve been to places where a gel pedicure lasted 3 months and theirs barely lasted 3 weeks!!! When I went back to have them fix my gel pedicure they said since it’s been over 2 weeks, they aren’t able to fix it without charging me. Good nails but store needs an update. Update: Still my favorite nail place for techs skills and friendliness. Actually look forward to seeing them. Have to remove a star because it still needs an update.
I went in yesterday for a quick polish change. Nancy worked on my feet, and I noticed there was still dirt under two of my toenails. I politely asked her to clean underneath and even offered to pay extra. Instead, she insisted I needed a full pedicure. I explained that I didn’t have time, which is why I requested just a polish change. Despite this, I was charged $30, and I still left a $5 tip. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to the lack of basic customer service and attention to my request.
Ready for the summer! I decided to treat myself yesterday to a pedicure because I love open toe sandals and stilettos, and decided to make a trip to Nail Addictions...Michelle did a great job on my French gel pedicure! She took her time and was very meticulous, and is very easy to talk with!
