Great service. They came to our place during a late call emergency and fixed our issue.
We recently moved in to a 4-year old home and noted a leaking toilet and a wobbly kitchen sink. Edman responded to our call quickly, worked with the home warranty company, and gave us a quote for repair. He arrived on time, was very careful and respectful, fixed the problems, and cleaned up after the work was completed. We will definitely reach out to him if we have other plumbing issues.
I called with an emergency as my shower handle broke while the shower was running. I had water pouring out and needed a plumber ASAP. They came out in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Everything was relatively fine until they replaced my handle. I had a nice handle before and it was replaced with an absolutely ridiculous knob... it's not even close to comparable. Edman was on time and explained the problem clearly. When a little issue persisted, he returned to correct it. I would definitely use Naibin Plumbing again and recommend them highly.
