Office staff is rude, not friendly.If patient has a question by phone, unknowlegable staff keeps on transferring call to several staff members to get patient question answered. Also they keep canceling appointments at the last minute, been there several times and never met the actual Doctor, not even once. That okay am seeing she wonderful PA.
