Great experience
I wish I could give zero stars. I believe I saw the physician assistant instead of the doctor. She diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease called APS, but did not mention that I had tested positive for lupus, for which she prescribed medication. When I asked for more information about the APS autoimmune disease, she told me, "I strongly suggest you do your own research," and repeated this twice. Customer service is beyond exceptional. Friendly and very welcoming.
After waiting for two hours to see someone she came in and spent 5 minutes with me. Likely a PA, that’s all I ever get to see anymore. I left with no answers, no recommendations, no medication, no nothing. I felt like she didn’t listen to me and worse like she didn’t believe me! When you have a diagnosed autoimmune condition that is the worse feeling. I’ll never go back.
Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As a new patient it was nice to be greeted with kindness. Dr. Alvarez was able to diagnose and identify the medical treatment for me. He was easy to talk to throughout the visit. My overall experience was excellent.
