We're can I start okay in November 2024 I meet Dr. Alvarez I had my first visit and I have explained to him all the issues I had been having for the past almost 5yrs since I was 27yr old No Doctor in Houston tx (after seeing 15 specialist) had found or had identified my diagnosis. I had walked in to his office with crutches and in alot of pain. He promised me that he will help me walk again and I trusted him. Dr Alvarez and her team are very helpful and very compassionate towards her patients.
Dr. Alvarez (the man) didn’t ever spend more than 5 minutes talking to me. I’m glad I changed doctors because he diagnosed me based off only my bloodwork and wouldn’t help me with my pain. I lived in pain for years because he was running out the door before I could say anything. I also had to wait hours before seeing him despite my appointment time. I drove 2 hours to see him and he wouldn’t give me any time at all. He should not be seeing patients if he’s not going to help people.
I specifically requested to see the medical doctor, not the PA. No disrespect but for $50 co-pay, I better see a medical doctor. Apparently, this office is now run mainly with PAs and is almost impossible to get an appointment with a real doctor. Save your time and money!
