Excellent customer service. Solid, and well engineered products. Natalie, Eric & Eduardo are very responsive to customer needs and time lines. Freight costs are very reasonable
First Class Product and incredible Post Sales Support I've had Naiad stabilizers on multiple boats and swear by the product. BUT... it is their after sales support that really rocks. Rarely needing them... after 30 years our current stabilizers needed some love -- and the whole team from Management to their Technicians even Receptionist and Accounting were PHENOMENAL.
