It saddened me to read so many negative reviews concerning Pfefferle Management company. I have been on the Highland Heights Association board for a number of years or helped those members when not on the board. (Board members are all volunteers.) Owners must remember that it was the association's board which wrote up the rules and regulations, by-laws and declarations which govern how each complex is run.
