Xxxxxxxxxxx Terrible company who cares nothing for its employees. Boycott.
I am the 4th largest tenant in the downtown Ft. Lauderdale building purchased a year ago by Merin Hunter Codman and my experience as a tenant has been horrible. The elevators are always having issues, we have an infestation of cockroaches, the bathrooms plumbing is always getting clogged and overflow, the AC is constantly giving us issues and the management team just provides temporary relief, doesn’t really care and I have even been verbally abused.
