The broker I dealt with (Dennis) claimed he brokered many deals with the restaurant industry. Upon meeting him, he was condescending and snobby. And despite his attitude, he proved (surprising) he knew nothing about brokering a deal in the restaurant/bar industry. He didn't even know standard procedures when dealing with specifics. When talking to him about village code, he said to go and talk to the mayor. We told him over and over, the mayor does not dictate building code and realistically has very little say in it. They never answer calls, return messages nor emails. If your complex is switching to NAI (like mine did) be ready to experience the worst customer service.

You have got to be the worst property managers ever. How do you stay in business. Your staff never responds back and if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone they yes you to death. As soon as you hang up they go back to BSing with there friends or surfing the web or whatever else it is that they do. It is certainly not taking care of what they should be taking care of.

The thermostat w... read more

As a realestate agent I would never bring my renters to any of their properties, should be ashamed of themselves, the way they neglect to help their tenants! The one star is one too many...only that they don't allow you to put no stars!
