Don’t do business with this realtor they are really bad. Took me a month to make an appointment to see one property. Kyle mckechine forgets about the appointment. instead of saying sorry, he’s like I called u to cancel the appointment. I didn’t get no call. I still didn’t care and made an another appointment. Took another month. Made an offer on the property. They accepted it. I wanted to see if the city was fine with my project. They canceled the offer cause it took me more than a week. We worked with agent Brian McCahon to purchase commercial property. We enjoyed working with him. He did more that required the job. Will use him as our go to agent in the future. One thing I do not like. Brian can not help us with residential real estate yet... Hopefully he can provide all services in the future.
