Beware! This company owned the common areas of our 55+ community for many years before my wife and I purchased a home there. We started noticing things that weren’t being maintained and found out that after Heritage took their profit out of our HOA fees, maintenance issues were not resolved. This company used a patchwork mentality of replacing only a small portion of a 35+year old leaking roof instead of replacing the whole roof.
