I've heard too many horror stories come out of collegues experience with this group. Especially from their industrial and office brokers.
Standard brokerage, probably okay for small deals. I felt like they were a little slow in communicating and then overcompensated by being too pushy. Most of the bigger players I talk to use one of the big national firms but this local firm might be okay for straightforward simple transactions.
