Jake never kept us informed about the process and I had to constantly chase him to understand what was happening between the negotiation phase. This is not how a professional business should operate. I've heard too many horror stories come out of collegues experience with this group. Especially from their industrial and office brokers.
Standard brokerage, probably okay for small deals. I felt like they were a little slow in communicating and then overcompensated by being too pushy. Most of the bigger players I talk to use one of the big national firms but this local firm might be okay for straightforward simple transactions.
