My experience with this leasing company, especially with the manager Jake, was very poor. Jake never kept us informed about the process and I had to constantly chase him to understand what was happening between the negotiation phase. This is not how a professional business should operate. I've heard too many horror stories come out of collegues experience with this group. Especially from their industrial and office brokers.

Standard brokerage, probably okay for small deals. I felt like they were a little slow in communicating and then overcompensated by being too pushy. Most of the bigger players I talk to use one of the big national firms but this local firm might be okay for straightforward simple transactions.

Bad service looking to lease a building agent Will hasn't called me back in 2 weeks. Never return calls or emails stated was out of office 2 days but no response in almost 2 weeks. Think it is discrimination by the way have been treated and things that have been said. I have leased buildings for years and never been treated like this will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau. I never want anyone else to be treated like this.
