Dont ever rent from this company which is known as the The Vanguards now. When they first showed me my apartment it was dirty and when I was in my unit burning at 96 degrees this summer it took them more then a month and me threating them to small claims to replace our ac unit that didn't work when they knew about it being broken. Will never rent from them ever again and they fixed our apartment to the point where drawers have broken to cheap fixing never rent from these people they scam you out of your money.

We moved out of a house a few weeks ago that we had rented from NAI. We haven’t been able to get ahold of them, so we went into the office and they wouldn’t tell us anything. We put down a $5000 deposit on that house when we moved into it, and we left it in good shape. That’s a lot of money that we need back. Not to mention the two times we called them to fix things it took them forever to get back to us and get it done. Every time I call Kristi she immediately sends me to voicemail where I’m unable to leave a message.
