Having been a long standing patient of Dr. Shull when he spent time with his patients, and the experience did not feel rushed or he did not hand you off to less experienced dental technicians. Having two crowns done with both being extremely problematic with pain and suffering and unnecessary stress. First crown left me with extreme pain for weeks which is not the norm. I have been to this location in the past, but when I called to possibly get an emergency appointment, I was informed that Dr. Scholl is not taking any new patients. Having been here before, why would I be considered a "new patient"? I feel this was very unprofessional with poor customer service after I have given Leo Scholl high praises in the past!
