If I could choose zero stars I would. This woman is awful. She is a liar and coward. She would not see me after numerous requests from me with the nursing staff. According to my specialists I was ok to check out after two days. She kept me in there for 4 and probably 5 days due to billing. After the 3rd day and assurances for me to be released she never showed up! Then the nurses started with excuses. It was clear to me they knew she was in the wrong. Does not listen at all! Tried sending home earlier with test showing kidney inflammation. Just gave laxatives when told her how i control my stool for 20+ years!! After 4 days of no movement finally put in orders for dis impaction of stool. Said I was medically stable when having withdrawal from rapid reduction of hi iv dose of pain meds.
