Showed up 3 minutes before appointment time. Was given a dock door assignment immediately. Live unload of 16 rolls of paper took 20 minutes and signed bol was ready in under 2 minutes. I spent a grand total of 31 minutes on-site which included closing doors, moving tandems, and messing with my company tablet. These guys did a fantastic job! Bravo!!
