I had a great experience with this clinic. The team was , professional, and always made me feel comfortable. Mahsa the nurse was especially helpful and encouraging throughout my visits, and I truly appreciated her support. Although I didn’t achieve the outcome I had hoped for, I was satisfied with them. I highly recommend this clinic.
My experience with this clinic was very poor. After my initial consult with doctor Mahmoud, he had poor bedside manners and his communication was unprofessional. He basically said he was not God and could not perform a miracle on me implying there were fertility options which is not true. I knew I had a difficult case but telling a patient going through infertility that there are no options is dismissive and lazy. We are very grateful for Nahal Clinic. We welcomed our first baby thanks the support, care and professional staff. We were very well cared for during the entire process. Update: Mahsa was our nurse and guided us in not one but two successful pregnancies. During the process she was always available and ready to answer our questions. We are very lucky to have her help us through our IVF procedures.

I clearly explained my situation to the receptionist, Simin, before booking and was told the clinic could help. I also mentioned the reason for my visit in advance. After taking time off work and attending the appointment, I was told they do not provide this service. If this was not something the clinic offers, why was I given an appointment?
