Bre and Jeff are stellar and helped me get my car back in a timely manner. I was in a tight spot and they both helped me keep my sanity by giving me updates when I asked. They were able to get my car back to me prior to the estimated due date. When I had to bring it back for a quick adjustment after the initial pick up, there was no fuss. Had an ongoing problem from an accident in another state. Took it to Caliber on Akron road twice, they could not find the issue. Called several more times, Jeff would not return our calls, even leaving several messages. Took it to the Cleveland road location, they got it fixed right away.
