Been there 2 times and yet to get an estimate. More worried about who’s calling instead of who’s standing in front of him. Waisted my time when he knew he wasn’t going to give me an estimate. I guess cash customers aren’t as good as insurance claims. Don’t go there.
This was my 1st experience with Caliber in Wadsworth and they far exceeded my expectations! Mike kept in contact throughout the process and the turnaround time was so fast! When I picked up my car, it had been detailed inside and out which was a great surprise!
First time ever hitting a deer! They were extremely courteous and efficient! I highly recommend this is the place to go! Look no further!
