I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Hartville! Their team is so helpful, courteous, and honest. I recently needed assistance with fixing a sunroof that would not close in my vehicle. They were able to fix the problem for me right on the spot. We have taken a couple vehicles to them in the past after other drivers collided into our vehicles. Caliber Collision has always done an amazing job!!
Car came back with more damage than it went in with, I was honestly very surprised. Had one wheel replaced and an alignment was supposed to be performed. Car came back with all 4 wheels freshly scratched on the circumference of the wheel lip and missing paint in some spots. They also kept my damaged wheel while refusing to let me source the new one. Handled all the details with insurance company and were always professional!
If I could give a zero it would be more fitting. Horrific service and quality of repair. Missed damage. Created new scratches to hood after in their care. ARGUED about missing obvious damage and the scratches. After submitting supplement for replacement of damaged missed and having difficulty getting a part from dealer now wants to sand out gouges or repair.
