My aftermarket bumper did not fit as exact as it could so problem was addressed and manufacture dealer bumper on the way

I just want to say how polite, respectful, and amazing. The people that work here are. Today is 07/07/26 and I came to get an estimate on a car. The man who came out to do the estimate for the energy, smiling, bubbly, laughing, wholeheartedly, all the way, great. I went in to wait on the estimate. They had ordered food. I recently had repair work done at Caliber after an accident. The repairs look amazing and their customer service was great throughout the entire process. Great communication and great repairs. Heath was awesome to work with and everyone else in the office was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again if I find myself in need of body repair.
