I had a great experience with Dakota at Caliber Collision. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Dakota called me after the initial inspection to explain the estimate and followed up again when the parts came in, which made the whole process easy to understand. He answered all my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. The customer service was excellent, and my vehicle looked amazing when the work was finished. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
Joe was very kind and helpful from beginning to end. He was very communicative and helped me understand the process and parts for my vehicle. Very genuine and helpful person to work with. They also detailed my car completely after the service, and did a great job. Liz was very nice and communicative at the front desk as well. Definitely recommend!
Service was fast and friendly, I'm very happy with the results.
