Took my car in for repair after an accident; everyone at caliber collision i spoke to was very kind, they kept me posted about the updates on the car, the parts that were needed, wait time etc. i was very pleased to see the work that was done on the car; it looks new again! Very happy with the service!
Caliber was efficient, friendly, quick with updates, and did a great job when my passenger headlight and hood was totally smashed. They did great work and kept me updated through the whole process. Highly recommend!
I had body work done on my vehicle at a different Caliber location, and afterward discovered that my rear wiper wasn't quite working. I asked if I could drop in at a location close to my office to have it looked at, and was sent here. Joe had me in and out with my wiper working in less than five minutes, and both employees I interacted with were incredibly helpful and pleasant. Very much appreciate the customer service culture at the Caliber locations I've had the occasion to visit.
