Absolute portable experience my bumper was not aligned it looks like they painted over racks and then when the paint was wet that they threw a tarp or something over my car there was two hazy marks on top of pits that look like they painted over rocks and then remove the racks I called the insurance company it goes back now the second time the bumper is aligned this time the manager has given us nothing but excuses and now there are bubbles where they didn't paint the entire bumper they just pain at the corner in clear coate... read more
I'm not being dramatic, but when I got my car home and really looked at the absolutely beautiful job they did, it brought tears to my eyes and it's because I've had mediocre and not good service at other places and have been so upset, because I wonder" where did the good customer service go and does it even exist anymore ", well Caliber in Norton still has it for you. A suburb job!! Thank you Tony and all your crew!!! My car looks magnificent!!!!
I dropped my truck off in Wadsworth, I explained I have to have my truck back by Friday. Later that day I got a call from a gal at the Norton location, she explained she understood my situation and they can flatbed my truck to their location and get it done. Not only did they get it done, I was kept in the loop the whole way through. When I was waiting for my truck to be pulled up I met the manager of the location. What a great experience.
Very professional and courteous customer service. Very happy with the work that was done on my car. Have used caliber before with great satisfaction as well. I hope I never have to see them again because that means my car is wrecked, but if I need a body shop, it’ll be caliber in Norton
Caliber collision in Norton were very detail oriented and kept me updated on my repairs. Their estimate given by Tony was spot on! The receptionist was very pleasant and quick to greet you. They went above and beyond and did an exceptional job on my vehicle. It looks brand new! I highly recommend them!
