Called this location to schedule the work to be done. I was told they were booked solid and needed to order the parts and they would call me when they arrive. After a month of waiting I called in to see the status of my claim. They said nothing had been done and they would call me back. I get an email with my quote stating the parts need to be ordered?!? So do I need to order the parts and also fix the car myself after that??!? Absolutely terrible customer service. Go to integrity collision
Everyone was nice. But since everything goes through my insurance I feel as though the price was severely increased. When I got my car back it looked ok but noticed a few body panels not fully aligned properly. Small gaps, but still that shouldn’t be the case especially given what they charge. Would not use again for these reasons
I got into an accident on the way to work 3 weeks ago. After going through the process speaking with the insurance. Drop my truck off at caliber. They got it fixed in a timely fashion. Communicated very well. And they detailed the crap out of this thing. I got inside the truck and almost didn't recognize it. I was saving my cleaning for spring..... I don't think I've seen my truck this clean since I bought it.. excellent job. Very happy with the service.
They were very friendly, punctual and shown true expert to their work!!!
