Work done was flawless
The work that was done on my car was stellar and they were so helpful and patient as we worked through my claim.
Called this location to schedule the work to be done. I was told they were booked solid and needed to order the parts and they would call me when they arrive. After a month of waiting I called in to see the status of my claim. They said nothing had been done and they would call me back. I get an email with my quote stating the parts need to be ordered?!? So do I need to order the parts and also fix the car myself after that??!? Absolutely terrible customer service. Go to integrity collision
