Caliber collision in Norton were very detail oriented and kept me updated on my repairs. Their estimate given by Tony was spot on! The receptionist was very pleasant and quick to greet you. They went above and beyond and did an exceptional job on my vehicle. It looks brand new! I highly recommend them!
Caliber did a great job restoring my vehicle after a fender bender. Lauren kept me well-informed throughout the process, and I actually got my car back earlier than estimated. Bonus: When I picked it up, it had been detailed, and they'd done a better job than someone I paid for a detail several months before. Definitely recommend.
Recently dropped off my vehicle for a claim through State Farm for what I thought was minimal damages. I was soon faced with a total loss. Tony was completely transparent throughout the process. Should I ever have to use a body shop again, Caliber will certainly be my first choice.
Their team is very respectable always nice and does a great job keeping you informed as the repairs are being completed. They only use factory parts and do a good job matching paint, I’ve used them twice now for body work and if I unfortunately need it In the future this is where my car will go
