I’m really disappointed with how Dee, the owner and only worker it seems, handled my situation. I was trying to schedule a prenatal massage using a voucher that was gifted to me. Since the website requires a $50 deposit and card info, I called to book with the voucher instead. She told me she would call me back on March 30th to let me know what was left for April, even though I could clearly see available appointments online that I could have booked immediately if I were paying the deposit.
