I came into see with a dislocated shoulder . I couldn’t even move it up or down. Just after a session , I could move my shoulder again and just after two sessions I could even surf again. I was told surgery was the only option that I had , but here I am back in the water ! His work is magic. I highly recommend Nate. Thank you so so much for all you do!

The environment he creates is safe and comfortable, allowing you to be yourself. The equipment he provides is highly useful, and he even offers water during your session to keep you hydrated. Have to go to him every month has made my training in Muay Thai a lot easier and better. I feel more loose and ready to train.
As a college athlete, there’s nothing more important than taking care of your body and recovery. I originally came to Nate with shoulder and hip pain from volleyball and he was able to pin point which movements created the pain and give me some relief. Not only does he treat your specific needs but he educates you on why he’s chooses his methods. I love coming here to reset my body for the week so I can get after it again! It’s like having a personal athletic trainer at home!!
