I wish you could See my post which I could not tag here. I am still missing irreplaceable items that didn’t get on the original truck because the load before ours had more stuff than they said. So instead of getting us a new truck, they loaded most of our stuff and the rest is somewhere. No one is telling us. Also they charged us the full amount before the truck got there and never told us the weight of our stuff.
Better communication would be a good start! What I thought I was getting ("full packing") I did not get, which put me in a very difficult spot.
One of the best decisions choosing Naglee's! The crew was quick, efficient, and careful with our stuff. They got our things moved in the estimated time frame initially given on the consult. Very nice crew that knows what they are doing. Took a lot of stress out of the moving process. If I were to ever move again, I would give my business to Naglee's!
