Very rude. I'm not sure who works the front reception desk, but their manners need to be improved upon.
We are a customer and they never honor there promises. I have tried to push my issue up the food chain and it’s been about 5 months since anyone would return my call. They had my mold in the USA, shipped to India without my Knowledge and now am told they moved it to China. I want MY mold back for my patented product!
