I have been a patient for years and love Dr Nagelburg and his staff. It is easy to get appointments and usually very little wait. He is an excellent doctor but also very caring and personable. He remembers people and things you told him years ago about yourself or family members. Would not hesitate to recommend.
I call customer service and told them I have blue cross blue sheild, what will be the charges for the eye check up. They told us its $30.00 for check up. I took my kids and after the check up paid $30.00. Later in the month I got a bill that I have to pay $70.00. I call them to find out why I have to pay $70.00. I was then told $30.00 is only for office visit and $70.00 for check up. And my son asked about the itching he was charged another $40.00.
