Julie Nagel was inappropriate and ineffective. (For the record, she is a PhD psychologist.) I saw Dr. Nagel over the course of several months. For our entire first session and most of the second, she wanted to discuss the price we had agreed upon for services. And then SHE CHARGED ME for that time, claiming "this is all part of it" (meaning that our thoughts about payment were appropriate to discuss throughout our therapy sessions). A friend who suffers from extreme PTSD with an amply documented history of horrific abuse went to see Nagel some years ago. Nagel met with her three times and then told her that she was "lying" about everything. Fantastically unprofessional. Nagel should not be allowed to see patients.
