Poor communication and they did work that was not agreed to. The lady that sets up appointments and takes payments was not personable. They never asked me if I wanted a loaner car. The day of my appt. they send the loaner car was out front. I said I didn't want it and the secretary was annoyed. But they never asked me so how would I know. They buffed my car and did it too hard on the hood that it left micro abrasions in a straight line about 6 inches long.
