On February 1, 2024 I purchased a used vehicle from Julio Cesar Barrales. He posted it on Facebook marketplace under DA1673 which is Nagees KEN used car business. I Knowingly bought the vehicle, knowing it had some issues, but I had already came to an agreement with Julio to take it to one of his “mechanics” Unfortunately, his mechanic couldn’t do any of the work, which I had no problem with then Julio told me that the vehicle did not have a title After I purchased it from him then he refused to give me the car or a refund! ... read more
