I dealt with Erika as a sales rep and she will say anything to get the deal, she told me things were included in the total price when they were not. Our experience with the Brandon location of NAFFCO could not have been better. Product, pricing, customer service, and installation were outstanding. Of particular note were the services provided by Jay Leeper and by the installation crews. Jay not only provided my wife and I with the information required to choose the flooring that met our needs and wishes, he also quickly accommodated our post-Installation decision to install the quarter round we had previously rejected and did so quickly and at a reasonable price. Walked in and said hello. Wasn’t even acknowledged.
Man was scheduled to come this past Friday, he called to reschedule 30 minutes late! Said he’d be here Monday at 10. It’s almost 10:30 and haven’t heard anything. I know it’s A holiday but he’s the one who set it up for today! We put our plans off for his visit. :I called and left A voicemail asking someone to contact us and nobody ever called us back. ( this is the 2nd issue we have had with A flooring business. Doesn’t anyone want to work anymore!?
