Going through hard times car has been parked with a bad motor and transmission right after warranty ended!! A year later paying all notes on time but they add an extra 150 to my note for some insurance it has to be covered with even just sitting there broken!! I want to just let them waste the money to drive half way across the country to pick up there crap then let them spend more then I owe to fix it and resell it for less then what it'll cost them to put it back on the lot!
We have our new pickup financed through NAFCO, and after a mix up with the dealership, Tracey was able to help us figure out what was going on with our warranty and GAP insurance. She's a great person to speak with and easy to understand. Thanks for the help Tracey!!!
Money hungry company. Will never recommend people finance through them. 17% on a 10 year old honda is crazy.
I've been a customer of this place for about 1yr. During this time I have been treated with joy and happiness when i call in and talk to the office lady's. They always go above and beyond to help me with my questions or concerns. Today I called in and talked to Cindy. Cindy is Amazing! She cares, she's happy During our conversation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They gave my Fiance a predatory loan at 18.99% interest before we had met. She needed a vehicle and did not really understand what she was doing and they took full advantage of that. She was forced to surrender the car after we had our second child because we needed her home for child care and could not afford the car.
