Just payed my car off; literally no issues with this company; I will say I was never behind or late on payments so didn’t have to deal with that side of the business but whenever I had questions they were helpful. The only thing is I forgot to put them as a creditor on my insurance the whole time so had to pay an extra 91 every month without knowing
It is a very unkind & cruel company. They left a message on my answering machine that day telling me to call & they would help us with our loan. Then on the same day 2 hours later they repossessed our car. Don't trust what they say.
They were very pleasant and very easy to speak to I had some questions and concerns , and they addressed them and got me set back up on track... the interest rate sucks, but that's my fault.Just because my credit is not the greatest.
Would rather eat a bucket of nails before I financed here again.
This whole company is complete garbage , the people are rude as hell and always have an attitude. I was one payment behind and the repoed my truck while I was at the doctors office leaving me to walk an hour home. They say the have “zero grace period”. WORST PLACE TO GO DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
