Money hungry company. Will never recommend people finance through them. 17% on a 10 year old honda is crazy.
I've been a customer of this place for about 1yr. During this time I have been treated with joy and happiness when i call in and talk to the office lady's. They always go above and beyond to help me with my questions or concerns. Today I called in and talked to Cindy. Cindy is Amazing! She cares, she's happy During our conversation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They gave my Fiance a predatory loan at 18.99% interest before we had met. She needed a vehicle and did not really understand what she was doing and they took full advantage of that. She was forced to surrender the car after we had our second child because we needed her home for child care and could not afford the car. Of the 5 years I've been with NAFCO, I've only ever had one good experience with a gal by the name of Tracey. & that was back during COVID. Every time I have had to call in, the ladies are so snotty & rude. Today I called in twice, the 2nd time I called in I requested to speak with who I spoke with the 1st time (to prevent having to catch her up on a situation girl #1 already knew about). Run from them! The staff are unprofessional and this company doesnt understand when times are tough they say they will put a gps in your car to make it inoperable whenever you miss a payment but its lies. They literally put a GPS just so they can track you down anywhere and repo your car. I was charged $200 late fees because I got fired from my job and missed my payment I had scheduled payments to pay that off as well as my car payment and they came to my work to repo it When i called to get the issue fixed they told me to g... read more
