If you can avoid getting financing through this company do. They're an absolute nightmare. Please save yourself the trouble.
I have taken over my husbands finances and this company is absolutely terrible to work with they blame you for your missing payments when there are times it takes multiple day to even get a hold of them. They said they will work with you but they don’t. Said that they were going to get a hold of my husband to talk to him about this issue and it has been over a month now and not a word from them!
Great company to leave you and your family of four stranded 150 miles away from home. With no way to even get to a bank to make a payment. When you try to call them on the number they will call you on. It will just ring to voicemail for five days then they disable your truck. Definitely do not recommend NAFCO to anyone who is looking for an auto loan. Update a month later Stacy lunders has not gotten in contact with us about this issue of leaving People stranded with the vehicle in operable very disappointed
I got screwed by Kendall Ford and in turn got screwed with NAFCO. The only reason they get two stars is cause a gal named Tracey. She did what she could with a shark company like that. I was never bought a car of a lot and I never will again. I still have The car at the moment because I disconnected the tracker but could get towed any time. The turned off my car when I was in the public bathroom heading toward the hospital with my cousin. And the fact that I live in my car and I need my car for my job didn’t phase them.
