I have been doing business with NAFCO since 2021 and we have never had any issues. The only time we had an issue was due to our lack of money coming in. Now what I can say is that thanks to the work that was done by Tracy and Stacy and our constant communication we were able to work out a way to keep our car. So if anyone is having issues make sure you keep an open line of communication with NAFCO so you can work on a way to be able to keep your vehicle. I had my loan since April and was late only 10 days first time and they didn't use the GPS instead they repoed my car and told me to find another company or pay off the loan they wouldn't help me or offer to take my payment I think they didn't like me or they didn't care. But they slapped me in my face so I'm going to take this further I saw a review where they helped someone else. But they was rude. Don't use this company unless u want to get a slap in the face and kick in the butt. Wasn't even a month behind and they sent a repo person they didn't even disarm my vehicle for being late. They don't care and u won't even get your car. They will just tell you your SOL NEVER had a company that approve u and won't help or be there for their customers I filed a complaint to the federal trade and CPFB they will install a device so if your late on a payment they can lock you from starting ur car but they didn't do that to me in... read more
