Updating this 7-year-old review on March 29th, 2025 because I was in the area and had the occasion to stop at one of my favorite fast restaurants in Independence. Delighted to see the food was better than I remembered! Portions are still generous, prices are still reasonable, and the food is fresh and delicious. I daydream about their pickles. You CANNOT miss the pita and falafels, they're phenomenal.
Our meals were SO GOOD! We had bowls with rice, shawarma chicken, red cabbage, onions, pickles, lettuce, chopped cucumber and tomato with garlic sauce. And a fresh pita on the side. Very, very tasty and filling. A great meal!
It's an experience, yes you should try it.
We came In for lunch today and all of us were Impressed by service, food quality, and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
