I used to like Naf Naf when I lived in Chicago a decade ago. Recently during a visit I took my friends and family to Naf Naf. What a mistake. This location was empty during lunch hour, a red flag but we went anyways. The attitude of the staff was bad. Food was bad. Alas, this chain has gone downhill.
This location is extremely disorganized. Every take out order is significantly delayed, menu items not available, things cooked last minute. Have waited over 45 min beyond the promised pick up time twice recently. Won’t be back.
While Naf Naf’s other locations are nice, this one has recently been a total mess. 1. They say their system doesn’t let them take 2 rewards code for a single order. This is only specific to this location and I don’t get it how. 2. I asked the server to give me a bowl and a pita. Asked her to then redeem 2 codes. I gave her code for a bowl that she entered. I marked that code as used. Then I asked her to enter code for a free pita. She said she can’t take 2 codes. Fair enough. Make a separate order by removing the pita. No. S... read more
