I called today 12/18/2019 at 3:30 pm, and asked for the office manager, a person answer she said her name is Mary and she is the manager, I asked her to check if she received the authorization from my pcp, Mary did not even bother to look and she told me that they did not receive any authorization ,and she told me : " it is better to look somewhere else if I you are not happy with us,maybe this is a wrong office for you" ,she said, I told her that I checked with my insurance and with my doctor and both said that the authoriz... read more
