Cynthia, Eldora, Angela, and Danela each provide excellent member services at the Battlefield Blvd. location.
Worst bank I have dealt with. I have a new car loan with them. They processed my loan late. The processed my first payment incorrectly. Ms. Manely the Loan Officer is incompetent and has no customer service. Mr. Johnson the CFO and Ms. Stout do not return calls. I recommend steer clear of this bank.
