Extremely rude I had an emergency vet visit for my dog and the nurse had told me that it would be ok to do my video visit while I was driving as long as I was hands off. As soon as Nadya came on she was extremely rude saying that I was being unprepared and extremely dangerous in a really rude yelling tone. Why would I want to open up to somebody who is extremely rude??? Like why didn’t she just tell me I’m sorry we will have to reschedule I cannot talk to you while you are driving it is dangerous.
